Why do you need my card when I sign up?
So your account keeps running without interruption if your roster grows. Your card isn't charged while you have 20 children or fewer; past that you pay a simple monthly price based on your roster size. No setup fees, no contracts.
How is my monthly bill calculated?
On the highest number of children on your roster during the month. Up to 20 children is free. From 21 to 200 children, every child is billed at $2.00. Above 200 children, contact us for custom pricing.
Do parents pay any fees?
No. Parents pay you directly through your own Stripe account, and CareCircle adds nothing on top. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees.
Can I import my families from another tool?
Yes. Import parents, children and emergency contacts from a CSV spreadsheet, and export them the same way whenever you like.
Are there contracts or setup fees?
Neither. You're billed month to month, most daycares finish setup in an afternoon, and you can leave anytime.
