Why do you need my card when I sign up?
So your account keeps running without interruption if your roster grows. Your card isn't charged while you have 20 children or fewer; past that you pay a simple monthly price based on your roster size. No setup fees, no contracts.
Do parents pay any fees?
No. Parents pay you directly through your own Stripe account, and CareCircle adds nothing on top. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees.
Can I import my families from another tool?
Yes. Import parents, children and emergency contacts from a CSV spreadsheet, and export them the same way whenever you like.
How long does setup take?
Most daycares are set up in an afternoon: create your daycare, add your programs and pricing, connect Stripe, then share your invite link so parents can enroll online.
Is my data secure?
Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and never stored on CareCircle's servers. Every page is served over HTTPS, each daycare's data is kept separate, and staff only see the locations and areas you give them access to.
